If you want to study at AIFD, you need to apply at the beginning of the new session (contact the department for details) by submitting an online admission application form. Applications are shortlisted based on the selected program and the eligibility criteria of the students. All the students are encouraged to apply from all faculties. Incomplete forms do not proceed.

Once the application forms are received, students are contacted via email & called to be guided further for the test & interview process. Upon clearing the online test & interview process, shortlisted students are issued Fees Vouchers for the semester fee and officially registered in the session.

At the commencement of classes, students attend an orientation for university guide, LMS & class schedule with educational training & virtual open houses for student's further help about the university

Once your application form is successfully submitted at the portal, you will receive a call and email for Aptitude test details. For the Online Aptitude Test, an online link will be emailed few days prior to the scheduled date, that mentions the time, duration, topics, and login details. Please make sure you confirm your "Form No." generated by the portal when submitting the Application.

The Online Aptitude Test will comprise of hourly 60 Multiple Choice Question from the following topics, such as English (SAT-Based), General Knowledge (Fashion & Textile Industry), and Basic I.Q (SAT-Based). The test will end after 01 hour and only one attempt is allowed.

The login Id will be mentioned in the test email. After Submitting the Test, shortlisted candidates will be contacted shortly for an interview. In case of missing the test, contact the admissions department.

Qualifications required for Bachelor's Programme:

Applicants should have a minimum *higher* 2nd division in Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent from a recognized Institute/Board. Applicants having "A" levels or other foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Intermediate Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).

Students who meet Iqra University/AIFD and HEC criteria are eligible to apply for the program of their choice. Admissions are based purely on merit.

Qualifications required for Masters Programme:

a) Applicants (Iqra University Graduates) should have 70% or equivalent CGPA, others 3.0 GPA or Equivalent Percentage from recognized universities/degree awarding institutions in the eligibility education for a minimum duration of 16-years of schooling. In the case of the Institution's mention, both division and CGPA on the Degree / Transcript must meet either of the two conditions.

b) The number of credit hours needed to be completed for the award of a degree will be according to the policies of the Higher Education Commission. .

  • Insert the correct web link to visit the admissions portal.

  • Insert your correct email address & contact number to access an online application form. (You can also visit the tutorial video to learn how to fill your online admission form).
  • Note your form # listed on your application form.
  • Insert your correct personal details in the following sections
  • Select the program of your interest as per the previous qualification
  • Upload the documents by attaching files (pictures/PDF of your academic record) saved before your device
  • Select each document option for documents individually. Documents will appear on the screen when uploaded.
  • Email your documents to admissions@aifd.edu.pk in case they are not uploaded.
  • Click submit button after completing your form & uploading the documents.

You will be contacted in 1-3 working days by the admissions department once your form is received s. Note: In case of Provisional admission, download and submit an undertaking on Rs. 50/- stamp paper at the campus.
